How to Send Gmail emails for new appointment starts in Acuity Scheduling
When you have new appointments starting, you'll want to send appointment reminder emails prior to the appointments. This integration makes it simple by automatically sending a Gmail email reminder when there is a new appointment starting in Acuity Scheduling. You won't have to manually send appointment reminder emails again.
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Send Gmail emails for new appointment starts in Acuity Scheduling" and then click on "Automate".
