Steps to automate

Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Complete Eduflow activities when new students book time on Calendly" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)

Works exclusively with Content, Video, Zoom and Embed activities.
The activity has to be open for the student.
Add Tag to Learner
Assigns course tag to learner.
Remove Participant From Course
Removes a participant from course. Course and institution owner will be ignored, as well as invalid emails that don't belong to the course.

Triggers when a new participant is added to course
Updated Activity Status
Triggers when activity status is updated for a student
