How to Extract resume data using CandidateZip from new files in Egnyte and update Follow Up Boss contacts

Use this integration and save yourself time, effort, and a tedious data entry for creating or updating new contacts in Follow Up Boss. Once set up, CandidateZip automatically extracts details from a new resume as soon as it's received in Egnyte storage, storing that data in your Follow Up Boss account as a new contact or updated existing contact. (Note: the file name must contain the word "resume.")

Steps to automate

Use workflow automation service.
Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account to sign in.
Create automation
  • Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".
  • Set the step description to "Extract resume data using CandidateZip from new files in Egnyte and update Follow Up Boss contacts" and then click on "Automate".
  • Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
