Google Calendar integration with Microsoft Excel
How to Add new rows to an Excel spreadsheet for approaching Google Calendar events
Some events need only a few minutes' worth of preparation, while others are set up months in advance. Whatever the case, this Flow can help ensure everything gets done in time for the big date. After being set up, it will trigger at the preset time before an event is about to start on Google Calendar, automatically adding a new row on Excel so your processes can take over with time to spare (this Flow will trigger the day before an event starts by default, but can be customized.)
Steps to automate

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Add new rows to an Excel spreadsheet for approaching Google Calendar events" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
