How to Email Fyncom payments for new Google Forms responses
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Email Fyncom payments for new Google Forms responses" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
screen
to configure it. For example, you can run this flow every hour or every day.

Send Email Rewards
Please select a Rewards Campaign ID from the drop-down menu for the "campaignId" field.*
Select an email from the trigger of your Flow. If eligible, this email will receive the reward. This email should go into the "fromEmail" field here.
You may optionally choose a name from the trigger of this Flow. That name should go into the "nameOfRewardRecipient" field.
This action will send a reward** to an email address. The email address will receive an email notification with your business name, the total reward value, and a link to app.fyncom.com where they can use their reward.
Rewards are limited to 1 per email.
