How to Send direct messages in Slack with OpenAI responses to new documents in Google Docs folders
Once it's in place, this Flow automatically relays a response from OpenAI to a custom prompt via direct message in Slack as soon as a new document is added to a folder in Google Docs. This Flow allows you to efficiently send AI-generated text, images, and responses to your team members for each new document added in Google Docs folders.
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Send direct messages in Slack with OpenAI responses to new documents in Google Docs folders" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
