to sign in.
Create automation
Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".
Set the step description to "Create or update Mailbox Power contacts for new kvCORE leads" and then click on "Automate".
Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation.
If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
screen
to configure it. For example, you can run this flow every hour or every day.

Here are some typical actions you can do in your automated workflows.
Create or Update Contact
Adds a new contact OR updates an existing contact IF the first name, last name, street, city, and state match and existing contact.
Delete Contact
Completely removes a contact from your account. If the contact is enrolled in a Mailbox Power automation, will also remove them from the automation.
Remove Contact From Group
Removes a contact from a contact group (mailing list), but does NOT delete the contact. If the contact is enrolled in a Mailbox Power automation, will also remove them from the automation.
New Contact Added to Group
Triggers when a new contact is added to a group.
Updated Contact
Triggers when a contact is updated.
Contact Scans QR Code
Triggers when a contact receives one of your mailpieces and scans the Image Auto Merge QR code printed on your mailpiece.
