How to Create meetings in Zoom when ideas are selected in Planbox Innovation Central
When an idea has been selected for implementation or accepted as a challenge winner, this integration will automatically create a session in Zoom to let the idea submitters know that they submitted the winning ideas.
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Create meetings in Zoom when ideas are selected in Planbox Innovation Central" and then click on "Automate".
