How to Export completed SafetyCulture audits and send via Gmail
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Export completed SafetyCulture audits and send via Gmail" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
screen
to configure it. For example, you can run this flow every hour or every day.

Please note that the "view, edit" access level is required at a minimum to share inspections.
Start Inspection Report Export
Starts exporting an inspection report to PDF or Word.
We recommend that you create a "Delay" following this action to allow iAuditor enough time to export the inspection report.
Create Inspection Edit Link
Creates a link that you can use to edit an inspection in iAuditor (web app and mobile app).
Please note that the "view, edit" access level is required at a minimum to edit inspections.
Create Public Inspection Report Link
Creates a link that you can use to view an inspection report without logging in to iAuditor.
Start Inspection
Starts an inspection from a selected template.
