How to Send channel messages in Slack for new negative tweets identified by Akkio (ignores ReTweets)
Set up this Flow to monitor Twitter for mentions of your brand. When this integration finds a mention (it ignores ReTweets), it will automatically run predictions against Akkio's sentiment machine learning model. If the sentiment of the tweet is negative, it sends messages to your team's Slack channel so they can take care of the customer or issue.
Steps to automate

Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Send channel messages in Slack for new negative tweets identified by Akkio (ignores ReTweets)" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
