How to Send Slack notifications for new negative Tweets identified by Akkio
Set up this Flow to monitor Twitter for mentions of your brand. When this integration finds a mention, it will automatically run a prediction against Akkio's sentiment machine learning model. If the sentiment of the tweet is negative, it will send a message to your team's Slack channel so they can take care of the customer or issue.
Steps to automate

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Send Slack notifications for new negative Tweets identified by Akkio" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
