How to Send TxtSync SMS alerts to the contact for new Salesforce cases
Steps to automate

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Send TxtSync SMS alerts to the contact for new Salesforce cases" and then click on "Automate".
