How to Create records in Airtable for new Delighted responses
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Create records in Airtable for new Delighted responses" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
screen
to configure it. For example, you can run this flow every hour or every day.

Adds a person to the Email platform Autopilot list and schedules a survey for future sending. Updates the person's properties if the person is already in the Autopilot list.
Add Person
Creates a person in Delighted but does not send a survey. Only use this Action if you plan on programmatically adding responses to Delighted. Otherwise, use our Actions for "Send Email Survey" or "Send SMS Survey" to actually dispatch a survey.
Remove Person From Email Autopilot
Removes a person from the Email platform Autopilot list and cancels all related scheduled surveys. Does not affect any historical responses.
Send Email Survey
Sends an Email platform survey
Unsubscribe Person
Add a person to your unsubscribe list.
Get Autopilot Configuration
Retrieves the current Autopilot configuration for the desired platform (Email or SMS).
