How to Import newly-closed conversations from Drift to EvaluAgent
Steps to automate

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Import newly-closed conversations from Drift to EvaluAgent" and then click on "Automate".
