CandidateZip Resume/Job Parser integration with Follow Up Boss
How to Pull resume data from OneDrive using CandidateZip and update contacts without triggering action plans in Follow Up Boss
With this integration, you'll use CandidateZip to automatically extract data from a new file in your OneDrive account (with the file name containing the word "resume"), then store that data in your Follow Up Boss account as a new or updated contact without triggering action plans.
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Pull resume data from OneDrive using CandidateZip and update contacts without triggering action plans in Follow Up Boss" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
