How to Update contacts without triggering action plans in Follow Up Boss with data extracted by CandidateZip from new files in Google Drive
Use this integration and save yourself time, effort, and a ton of manual data entry for creating new contacts. Once set up, CandidateZip automatically extracts details from a new resume as soon as it's received in your Google Drive, storing that data in your Follow Up Boss account for a new contact. (Note: the file name must have the word "resume.")
Steps to automate

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Update contacts without triggering action plans in Follow Up Boss with data extracted by CandidateZip from new files in Google Drive" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
