Google Forms integration with Image-Charts
How to Send Slack channel messages with bar charts via Image-Charts from new Google Forms responses
After someone fills out a Google Form, you’ll want to be able to see a summary of the responses without pulling up Google Forms submission summaries and clicking through individual submissions. This Nekton automation fixes that headache, sending a Slack notification with a summary of form submission data as a bar chart. You’ll never have to break with your workflow to see a survey response again.
Steps to automate

Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Send Slack channel messages with bar charts via Image-Charts from new Google Forms responses" and then click on "Automate".

Provide the necessary parameters and click on the "Test it" button to check your automation. If you had issues with it, you can click on "Automate" again to try a different one.
Create a schedule (optional)
If you want to run this automation on a schedule, click on the gear button on the workflow editor
screen
