How to Create Jira Software Cloud issues from new updated moderator tags in InSided
Are you finding that you often need to create Jira tickets to track idea topics to deliver from your inSided community? This integration creates Jira Software Cloud tickets when specific 'Jira' moderator tags are added to topics in inSided. It also appends tags to the inSided topics after Jira Software Cloud tickets are created. Spend less time copy/pasting topic information, and more time prioritizing and delivering tickets.
Steps to automate
Use Nekton workflow automation service.Preparation
Create Nekton account. You can also use your existing Google account
to sign in.
Create automation

Click on the "Create new workflow" button, and then add "Automated step".

Set the step description to "Create Jira Software Cloud issues from new updated moderator tags in InSided" and then click on "Automate".
